Trevi S.p.A. is looking for a Welder for a construction site located in Madrid.

Requirements

• Restore damaged or worn metal components through welding.
• Manufacture new metal elements by interpreting technical drawings.
• Meet all required safety and quality standards.
• Prepare surfaces for welding.
• Select the most suitable welding method and tools based on the materials, component dimensions, and work requirements.
• Keep welding tools and equipment in perfect working condition.
• Suggest improvements or modifications to improve the functionality, strength, and safety of the finished product.
• Inspect welds to ensure they are free from defects or imperfections.
• Check weld compliance with project specifications using calipers, micrometers, comparators, and other measuring instruments.
• Perform quality control checks.
• Report any issues encountered to the supervisor.
• Support the supervisor with departmental activities.
• Have knowledge of mechanical stresses and material resistance.
• Assess weld quality, including finish, strength, and burrs.
• Select appropriate welding tools, materials, and techniques.
• Record technical data related to completed processes.
• Know and apply specific safety standards, including PPE requirements.
• Understand QC procedures and technical requirements, including technical drawings and material standards.
• Evaluate the functionality of safety devices on tools used, including visual, mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic devices.
