Olala! is looking for an experienced Housekeeper (camarera/o de pisos) with experience in hotels and tourist apartments (AL) to join its team in Calella (Costa Brava) and Lloret de Mar.

The role is important in making sure every space meets Olala!’s cleaning and presentation standards.

Functions

• Clean and disinfect apartments and common areas of the buildings.
• Change and replace bed linen, towels, hygiene products, and other items.
• Make sure all furniture and equipment are in good condition and properly organized. Report any damage or incident to the supervisor or maintenance team.
• Monitor the stock of cleaning products and amenities.
• Report the need for replacements or missing items.
• Keep workshops and storage areas clean and organized.
• Follow workplace health and safety rules.
• Follow the established procedures for handling chemical products. Make sure the cleaning quality meets Olala Group standards.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules according to guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Work with Maintenance and Operations teams to solve problems efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in hotels or tourist apartments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Spanish. English is desirable.
• Driving licence and/or own transportation. Both are desirable.
• Good personal presentation.
• Immediate availability and availability to work 40 hours per week.
• The job includes weekends and public holidays.
