Job Description
The bilingual receptionist will welcome clients at the spa in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The role requires friendly, fast, and organized service in an on-site work environment.
Daily duties include providing in-person, telephone, and digital service in Portuguese and English. The receptionist will schedule services and organize the therapists’ agenda.
The receptionist will also answer questions about treatments, procedures, and products. The role includes supporting check-in and check-out processes, recording information in internal systems, and keeping the reception area clean and ready to welcome clients.
This is a full-time position. It includes regular interaction with the spa and hotel teams to provide a sophisticated and consistent client experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in reception, customer service, or hospitality is required, with a focus on high-quality services.
Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. The candidate must communicate clearly, with empathy and professionalism, in both languages.
Good organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage bookings, payments, and records in systems are required.
The candidate must be able to work as part of a team. Resilience when dealing with different types of clients, along with a discreet and ethical attitude, is also required.
A qualification in hospitality, tourism, administration, or related areas is desirable.
Availability to work shifts is required, including occasional weekends and public holidays.
