The Role
We are looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. You will support the cleaning team with general cleaning tasks in common areas and rooms. You will also keep storage areas organized and help with guest requests. A successful Housekeeping Attendant should be confident, organized, reliable, and passionate about creating tidy spaces with a great attitude.
- Clean rooms and common areas based on the standards set by the company.
- Clean outdoor areas, including gardens, pools, and stairs.
- Remove waste and rubbish correctly by following the company’s quality procedures.
- Check the stock of products and materials needed for the job.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department to check rooms and identify possible repairs before the guest arrives.
- Restock minibars in the rooms.
- Restock and manage amenities correctly.
- Keep rooms clean and tidy while respecting the privacy and belongings of guests.
