Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and professional Executive Driver to safely transport company Executives and family members to and from their destinations while maintaining company vehicles in pristine condition.

• Executive Transport: Safely transport company Executives and/or family members to and from required destinations.
• Cargo & Luggage Handling: Assist with the loading and offloading of luggage, personal items, products, and materials as needed.
• Route Planning: Proactively plan and adjust travel routes to avoid traffic congestion, road construction, and other delays.
• Vehicle Upkeep: Maintain vehicle cleanliness through regular washing, cleaning, and basic maintenance checks to ensure it remains in excellent condition.
• Legal & Safe Parking: Ensure the vehicle is parked exclusively in designated, legal areas to prevent towing or fines.
• Logistics & Records: Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, including departure and arrival times, and promptly report any vehicle tickets issued during work hours.
• Incident Reporting: Immediately report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage to management or the family.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 or more years of experience as a Personal, Family, or Executive Driver.
• License: Must hold a valid Professional Driver’s License.
• Driving Skills: Proficient in driving both automatic and manual high-end and luxury vehicles.
• Geographical Knowledge: Highly familiar with routes and navigation across Metro Manila areas.
• Work Ethic & Flexibility: Possess a positive attitude, flexibility, self-motivation, and willingness to work extended hours.
• Availability: Able to start working ASAP.
