Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the Welder role include:
- Performing MIG welding to a high standard
- Interpreting and working from workshop and shop drawings
- Carrying out general housekeeping duties in the workshop
- Participating in toolbox meetings
- Undertaking training in the safe use of specific plant and equipment
- Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Experience as a 2nd class welder
- Proven MIG welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to participate in training and team meetings
- Availability for full-time employment
Skills

- Strong MIG welding skills
- TIG welding skills (advantageous but not essential)
