The Stock Keeper plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth retail operations by maintaining accurate stock levels and organized warehouse conditions. Responsibilities

  • Receive merchandise and count items both physically and electronically to ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Inspect incoming products for quality, damages, or incorrect items and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Classify and store merchandise daily according to shop and warehouse procedures for easy access and timely release.
  • Organize and arrange stock based on item characteristics and company standards.
  • Tag newly arrived or returned items as per instructions.
  • Coordinate warehouse cleaning activities with designated cleaning staff to maintain a safe and tidy environment.
  • Participate in inventory counts when required and report end-of-day stock status to the Shop Manager.
  • Support Sales Associates by replenishing shelves to ensure continuous product availability.
  • Report any suspected theft or loss prevention issues to the Loss Prevention department.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a stock keeping, warehouse, or similar role.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to follow company procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Physically capable of handling stock-related tasks.
