Responsibilities
As a Security Operations Specialist (PAM), you will manage and enhance the organization’s privileged access management processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing existing CyberArk implementations and providing recommendations based on industry best practices
- Maintaining CyberArk at Tier 3–4 level and resolving Tier 2/3 incidents (password rotations, malfunctions, account management, scheduling)
- Deploying, configuring, and upgrading CyberArk components
- Collaborating to define access controls, user entitlements, and privileged access policies
- Cross-training and mentoring peers on the CyberArk product suite
- Automating PAM processes (onboarding, password rotations, compliance checks) using REST APIs, PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Developing custom plugins, PSM connectors, and CPM plugins to integrate unsupported platforms
Requirements
Candidates should possess a strong background in information security and PAM:
- Minimum 3 years in information security, with at least 2 years in PAM consulting
- Strong experience with PAM platforms such as CyberArk, Delinea, or Arcon
- Proven experience implementing PAM solutions in medium to complex environments
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, PACLI, Bash)
- Experience integrating CyberArk with cloud platforms and enterprise systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD), Kubernetes, and cloud-native secret management
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, ITIL, and COBIT standards
- Experience with PKI and certificate lifecycle management
- Strong project management capabilities
