Responsibilities
- Clean, arrange, and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Wash and replace bedding, linens, and towels
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Scrub and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, and countertops
- Vacuum carpets and clean rugs, mats, and floors
- Stock and maintain housekeeping supplies and room amenities
- Report damages, maintenance issues, and safety concerns promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and attention to detail
Requirements
- Prior housekeeping or hotel experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, push, and pull for extended periods
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus
