Responsibilities

As a Recepcionista, your key duties will include:

Front Desk Operations

  • Provide professional and courteous service to guests
  • Manage reservations, including registrations, modifications, and cancellations through the PMS system
  • Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Respond to guest inquiries via in-person, phone, and email communication
  • Assign rooms and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Address and resolve guest requests, concerns, and complaints
  • Maintain shift logs and ensure smooth handovers
  • Monitor inventory and operational control

Administrative and Control Tasks

  • Handle cash transactions, card payments, and bank deposits
  • Perform daily cash balancing and end-of-day closing procedures
  • Manage invoicing processes
  • Prepare occupancy and revenue reports
  • Monitor no-shows and cancellations
  • Maintain organized records and documentation of expenses

Requirements

  • High school diploma (technical degree in Tourism, Administration, or related field preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in hotel reception or similar role
  • Proficiency in PMS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience handling cash and invoicing processes
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English
