Responsibilities
The Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring smooth front-office operations and providing a professional experience for all visitors and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the first point of contact by welcoming and assisting visitors in line with DHL standards
- Directing guests to the appropriate departments or personnel efficiently
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception area
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, documents, and deliveries
- Coordinating meeting schedules and maintaining appointment calendars
- Supporting the marketing team with internal and external marketing events
- Coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders for marketing-related logistics
- Performing general administrative and clerical duties as required
Requirements
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar administrative role
- Willingness to work extra hours during events, peak periods, or business needs
- Ability to work at Shah Alam (Seksyen 23)
