This role is based at La Residencia, A Belmond Hotel, Mallorca, an art-filled luxury retreat set within 12 acres of ancient olive groves in the village of Deià, beside the Tramuntana Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and warmly welcome guests.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle guest inquiries with efficiency, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Manage guest reservations, including bookings, modifications, cancellations, and preferences.
  • Ensure outstanding communication through prompt and professional phone calls and emails.
  • Share knowledge of hotel facilities, amenities, and services to enhance the guest experience.
