Responsibilities
The Operator is responsible for supporting safe and effective operations in the field. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Product & Service Delivery (PSD) to customers.
- Ensuring job deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
- Participating in pre-job briefings and toolbox meetings with crew members.
- Preparing equipment for rig-up and rig-down operations.
- Operating equipment according to job requirements and individual competency level.
- Maintaining equipment in good and safe working condition and reporting any faults or deviations.
- Assisting field and maintenance crews in preparing equipment for operations.
- Ensuring personal and crew safety at all times.
- Wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following HSE policies.
- Maintaining mandatory safety training and certifications.
Requirements
Candidates applying for the Operator position should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in General Completion Systems.
- Experience working in oilfield operations or completion services.
- Ability to work in a field-based, safety-critical environment.
