Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to shipments.
- Correct incorrect or incomplete address data and manage misrouted deliveries using company tools.
- Scan and track shipments to ensure accurate documentation.
- Perform administrative tasks using computer systems such as email, Excel, and Word.
- Record and document damage reports for customer shipments.
- Conduct package debriefing with couriers to verify delivery details.
- Coordinate with DHL customer service and clients to clarify and verify addresses.
- Support daily operational processes to maintain efficient logistics operations.
Requirements
- Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Good communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
- 1–3 years of professional work experience in a related role is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
