Key Responsibilities
- Clean vertical surfaces, glass panels, ceilings, and glass doors
- Dust, clean, and polish furniture, fixtures, and office equipment
- Sweep, mop, or vacuum floors and carpets in assigned areas
- Empty waste bins and replace liners regularly
- Clean and maintain drains, bathrooms, and toilet facilities
- Refill toilet and pantry consumables as required
- Wipe table tops, shelves, partitions, and other surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of all assigned office areas, including common areas and gardens
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any repair, maintenance, or replacement needs to HOD (HR/Admin)
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in office cleaning or a similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning schedules
- Good communication skills to follow instructions and report issues
- Physically fit with the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage
