This position is responsible for performing repairs, adjustments, and preventative maintenance while supporting various mechanical and technical operations. The role requires hands-on expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under supervision while making informed decisions in routine and occasionally non-standard situations.

Responsibilities
- Assist with repairs, adjustments, and ongoing/preventative maintenance on equipment, systems, machinery, and buildings.
- Perform specialized maintenance in areas such as electrical, mechanical, vacuum, motors, hydraulics, fuels, gasoline, diesel, and refrigeration equipment.
- Support maintenance tasks in electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and other related fields.
- Construct sheds and other outbuildings as required.
- Conduct periodic inspections to identify maintenance work needed and take appropriate action.
- Maintain all tools, measuring instruments, and equipment necessary for the job.
- Work under moderate supervision, following standard procedures, and exercise sound judgment when addressing routine or slightly non-standard situations.
- Communicate technical information clearly, including explanations or interpretations when necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of mechanical and technical job procedures and tools.
- Ability to perform maintenance across a variety of systems and equipment.
