Responsibilities
As an IT Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing configurations, backups, and updates on servers and workstations to maintain operation and security
- Participating in documentation production and updates for the IT department
- Receiving, installing, removing, configuring, and inventorying electronic equipment and software licenses
- Responding to IT requests from users and assisting in troubleshooting
- Participating in problem-solving for computer applications and systems
- Providing guidance, basic training, and IT advice to end-users
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 1–3 years of relevant IT experience
- Proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
- Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems efficiently
- Availability to work on-site 3–4 days per week

- Expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Google G-Suite, Manage Engine, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, GitLab, Fortigate, Aruba, PowerShell, and Ansible
