We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff Member to support our new apartment operation in Bern, Switzerland. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in cleanliness, enjoy working in a hospitality environment, and value teamwork and reliability.
About the Company
Our new establishment in Bern operates 16 modern apartments that are rented for both short-term and long-term stays. We focus on providing guests with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming living environment. Quality, organization, and guest satisfaction are at the heart of our daily operations.
Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Employee, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order across all apartments. Your key duties include:
- Cleaning and tidying apartments according to set standards
- Changing and caring for bed linen
- Washing and handling laundry items
- Ensuring cleaning supplies are always sufficiently stocked
- Occasionally assisting with guest support and basic guest care
- Following housekeeping and laundry instructions precisely
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Experience or willingness to work in housekeeping and laundry care
- Availability 3 days per week (approximately 15 hours)
- Ability to work between 08:30 and 15:00
- Availability for a fixed-term position until the end of October
- Reliability and punctuality
Skills
