Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards
- Ensure all guest amenities are properly stocked and handled
- Follow standard operating procedures of the Housekeeping Department
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
- Update room status on assignment sheets
- Replenish complimentary water and minibar items
- Assist Housekeeper and Supervisors with daily tasks
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Previous experience in housekeeping (hotel or accommodation preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning duties
- Malaysian citizens only
