Key Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles—including cars, vans, and buses—safely and in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
- Transport employees, clients, and visitors as per assigned schedules and routes.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections, checking fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights, and cleanliness before and after use.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions, incidents, or accidents immediately to the fleet coordinator or supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to assigned schedules to prevent delays, especially for time-sensitive operations such as airport transfers.
- Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, trip sheets, and other transport-related records.
- Assist passengers with luggage or special needs when required.
- Uphold a professional appearance and courteous demeanor to represent the company positively.
Requirements
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of driving experience in Qatar with a valid Qatar driving license.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar traffic laws and routes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in demanding situations.
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and punctuality.
- Good record of driving performance and accident-free history preferred.
