Responsibilities
As a Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining filing and documentation systems.
- Updating department monthly reports.
- Managing staff information, leave records, stationery requests, and monthly usage tracking.
- Assisting the Head of Department with the ERP system and related administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in any field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a high competency in MS Excel, is required.
- Must be able to work in the Senai, Johor area.
Skills and Desired Knowledge
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and support department operations efficiently.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
