Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas according to health and safety standards
• Operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Use hand tools and power tools for specific maintenance tasks when required
• Conduct basic facility maintenance and report major repair needs to management
• Manage waste disposal and recycling procedures properly
• Ensure cleaning supplies are well-stocked, stored safely, and used appropriately
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding tasks completed or issues encountered
• Follow safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and safe equipment usage

Job Requirements

• Must be between 20 and 50 years old
• Possess a reliable vehicle and be able to travel to various job sites
• Available to work 15–40 hours per week on a casual basis
• Physically capable of performing duties including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Willing to work on-site at different locations in Vancouver, BC
• Able to maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times
