Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Carry out residential and commercial cleaning tasks as needed.
- Use hand tools and power tools responsibly for light maintenance tasks.
- Sanitize all surfaces to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Manage custodial tasks such as waste removal and supply replenishment.
- Communicate with clients and team members about cleaning needs or concerns.
- Follow time management schedules to complete tasks efficiently.
- Lift and move heavy items safely following proper protocols.
Requirements
- Experience in residential or commercial cleaning (1 year preferred).
- Strong understanding of cleaning practices and facility maintenance.
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks.
- Clean police clearance (mandatory).
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (G2 preferred).
- Ability to travel up to 75% (preferred).
- Must be able to work in person.
- English language proficiency (required).
