Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver civil engineering design and documentation for medium to large-scale land development projects.
- Work across all aspects of land development, including three waters, earthworks, flood and flow paths, and roading design.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, councils, surveyors, planners, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, to required standards, and in line with best-practice engineering principles.
- Review and assess Civil 3D and 12D drawings to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute across concept, detailed design, and post-construction phases of projects.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience delivering land development projects within New Zealand.
- Experience working across concept, design, and post-construction stages.
- Ability to meet New Zealand regulatory and compliance requirements.
Skills
- High proficiency in Civil 3D, with the ability to review 12D and Civil 3D drawings.
- Strong technical capability across three waters, earthworks, flood management, and roading design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, planning, and project management abilities.
- Commitment to professional engineering excellence and high technical standards.
