About the Company
Pusat Jagaan Senyuman Kasih (Smiling Kids Care Centre) is a new, warm, and inclusive childcare centre opening in March 2026. The centre is built on a philosophy of total inclusion, where children of all abilities learn and grow together in a nurturing environment. Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities such as play, storytelling, art, and basic learning
- Provide attentive daily care, including meals, hygiene routines, and nap times
- Create an inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported
- Observe and monitor children’s development and progress
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s needs and milestones
- Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and overall wellbeing of the childcare centre
Requirements
- Minimum education requirement of SPM
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECCE) or Kursus KAP (Kursus Asuhan Permata) is an advantage
- Previous experience in Taska, Tadika, or special needs support is preferred
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for working with children are encouraged to apply
- Experience handling children with special needs is a strong advantage
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to speak Mandarin or local Sarawak dialects is an added benefit
- Genuine love for children, high patience, and willingness to learn inclusive care practices
