Key Responsibilities
- Monitor patients’ physical and mental condition, including intake, output, and exercise
- Assist patients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Teach patients the proper use of mobility aids, special utensils, and personal hygiene equipment
- Guide family members on safe patient handling, lifting, repositioning, nutrition, and cleanliness
- Maintain accurate patient records and update journals regularly
- Report any unusual or changing patient conditions to the nursing supervisor
- Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following asepsis standards and safety procedures
Job Requirements
- TESDA NC II Caregiver Certification (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Certificate (Required)
- Minimum of 2–3 years of caregiving experience
- Experience working with patients with acute and chronic conditions
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
- Ability to work in person in Muntinlupa
