Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and toileting
- Carry out daily care routines to ensure comfort and satisfaction of residents
- Escort residents to medical appointments and activities when required
- Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior
- Maintain accurate records of care and progress
- Support care plans as directed by healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support and encourage participation in daily activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver quality care
- Uphold professional conduct and serve as a positive role model
Requirements
- Patient, compassionate, and empathetic personality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Willingness to work 5 days a week with 12-hour rotating shifts (day and night)
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a shift-based environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fresh graduates and SPM holders are encouraged to apply
