Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for newborns, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
- Follow daily routines including feeding, sleeping, and hygiene
- Organize and engage children in age-appropriate learning and play activities
- Monitor children’s health, safety, and emotional well-being at all times
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child’s progress and needs
- Maintain cleanliness of play areas and perform light childcare-related housekeeping
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for child development
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent certification
- Previous experience in childcare or a similar caregiving role
- Basic knowledge of child development and safety practices
- Friendly, patient, and well-organized personality
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
