Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of HR and administrative duties, including:
- Managing end-to-end employment visa processes such as new visas, renewals, cancellations, and status changes
- Coordinating with PROs, government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP), and typing centers
- Drafting and issuing offer letters, employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation in compliance with UAE regulations
- Coordinating medical fitness tests, Emirates ID biometrics, and visa stamping
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records (physical and digital)
- Monitoring visa expiry dates and ensuring timely renewals
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assisting with compliance related to UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies
- Handling correspondence with government authorities and responding to employee queries
- Providing general administrative support such as scheduling, filing, data entry, and report preparation
- Performing additional HR and administrative tasks as required
Requirements
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years of UAE experience in administrative or HR support roles
- Practical experience with UAE visa processing and government portals
- Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and employment regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
