The Administrative Assistant role in Dubai is a key support position that ensures smooth HR and administrative operations within a fast-paced consultancy environment. Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of HR and administrative duties, including:

  • Managing end-to-end employment visa processes such as new visas, renewals, cancellations, and status changes
  • Coordinating with PROs, government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP), and typing centers
  • Drafting and issuing offer letters, employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation in compliance with UAE regulations
  • Coordinating medical fitness tests, Emirates ID biometrics, and visa stamping
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records (physical and digital)
  • Monitoring visa expiry dates and ensuring timely renewals
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assisting with compliance related to UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies
  • Handling correspondence with government authorities and responding to employee queries
  • Providing general administrative support such as scheduling, filing, data entry, and report preparation
  • Performing additional HR and administrative tasks as required

Requirements

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of UAE experience in administrative or HR support roles
  • Practical experience with UAE visa processing and government portals
  • Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and employment regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
