Responsibilities
- Manage email correspondence to support Duty Officers and department leadership.
- Prepare, publish, and follow up on Read & Sign communications.
- Maintain ownership of the R-Drive system by processing and reconciling airline publications in collaboration with Duty Officers.
- Manage the Data Management System (DMS), including uploads, updates, reviews, and ensuring consistent documentation standards.
- Oversee Findnet billing tool controlling by verifying recorded services and making necessary adjustments.
- Handle data reconciliation within the dnata Ground Operations Manual, including gap analysis and updates.
- Assist with preparations for internal and external audits.
- Create and update briefing templates and departmental communications.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain various data records and statistics.
- Coordinate information updates for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with both existing and new airline clients.
- Support special tasks assigned by department leadership.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects and collaborate closely with operational teams.
Requirements
- Several years of experience working in an airport or aviation environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Familiarity with dnata internal systems like R&S and DMS is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Passion for document management, manuals, and contractual documentation.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and effective prioritization skills.
- Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills.
