Responsibilities
As a Driver, your key responsibilities will include:
- Transporting laundry items to designated destinations using hotel vehicles
- Delivering food and banquet equipment to assigned locations
- Assisting the Food & Beverage team in setting up venues and preparing mise en place
- Supporting service operations and acting as a waiter when required
- Documenting trips before and after completion
- Parking vehicles in designated areas when not in use
- Inspecting vehicles for cleanliness and damage
- Checking tire pressure, fluid levels, and refueling vehicles as needed
- Reporting vehicle incidents, damages, or accidents to supervisors
- Following company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Maintaining professionalism, proper uniform, and personal appearance
- Assisting with guest service needs and maintaining good public relations
- Supporting overall hotel operations and contributing to service quality
Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must have:
- Vocational training in hospitality or related field
- Previous experience in restaurant, catering, or transportation roles
- Valid local driving license
- Good knowledge of local traffic laws
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to follow hotel policies and safety procedures
