Responsibilities
As a Recepcionista, your key duties will include:
Front Desk Operations
- Provide professional and courteous service to guests
- Manage reservations, including registrations, modifications, and cancellations through the PMS system
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries via in-person, phone, and email communication
- Assign rooms and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Address and resolve guest requests, concerns, and complaints
- Maintain shift logs and ensure smooth handovers
- Monitor inventory and operational control
Administrative and Control Tasks
- Handle cash transactions, card payments, and bank deposits
- Perform daily cash balancing and end-of-day closing procedures
- Manage invoicing processes
- Prepare occupancy and revenue reports
- Monitor no-shows and cancellations
- Maintain organized records and documentation of expenses
Requirements
- High school diploma (technical degree in Tourism, Administration, or related field preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in hotel reception or similar role
- Proficiency in PMS systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience handling cash and invoicing processes
- Advanced level of written and spoken English
