Responsibilities
The Driver will be responsible for transporting goods and supporting store operations to ensure efficient delivery and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering merchandise to commercial customers through local routes using the assigned company vehicle
- Ensuring deliveries are completed on time to support customer satisfaction and sales completion
- Assisting at the sales counter by helping customers in person or over the phone with product availability, specifications, or functionality
- Completing vehicle inspection checklists and maintaining proper logs for assigned vehicles
- Reporting and following up on any vehicle issues with the Commercial Manager
- Processing payments correctly, including cash and credit card transactions, during product delivery
Requirements
Candidates applying for the Driver position should meet the following qualifications:
- Completion of high school education (Preparatoria terminada)
- One to two years of relevant work experience
- Previous experience working as a driver for any type of vehicle
- Valid driver’s license suitable for driving commercial vehicles
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles
