Responsibilities
The Hotel Cleanliness Expert will ensure that hotel spaces are maintained to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces.
- Responding promptly to guest requests and needs.
- Cleaning and organizing rooms, corridors, and other hotel areas according to company standards.
- Restocking housekeeping carts and supplies efficiently.
- Performing tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, and placing objects up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Following all company guidelines, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Supporting overall hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and communication at all times.
Requirements
Candidates for this role should meet the following requirements:
- Availability to work full-time at Sheraton The Walk Dubai, UAE.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and handle items up to 50 lbs without assistance.
