This role is based in Auckland, at the William Sanders Retirement Village in Devonport.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, visitors, and contractors with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Assist residents, families, and visitors with general enquiries.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the village through administrative tasks.
- Maintain a welcoming, positive, and helpful reception environment.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery across the village.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Friendly, reliable, and professional approach to work.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, people-focused environment.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand (New Zealand work rights required).
