Job Responsibilities
- Wash pots, pans, trays, and kitchen utensils
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, equipment, and utensils
- Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas
- Dispose of rubbish at designated disposal areas
- Clean and maintain trash bins
- Follow company safety SOPs and wear required safety equipment while working
- Perform other job duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Job Requirements
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks
- Able to operate dishwasher machines
- Comfortable working in a warm, oily, and humid kitchen environment
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of dishwashing equipment operation
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Strong sense of cleanliness and responsibility
Desired Knowledge
- Possession of WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate
- Good understanding of food hygiene practices
- Ability to maintain hygiene standards and follow dishwasher SOPs consistently
