Responsibilities
The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk and administrative operations, including:
- Maintaining a complete and accurate visitor log
- Greeting all visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensuring visitor badges are worn at all times within school premises
- Managing front desk presence and arranging coverage when stepping away
- Coordinating with departments regarding scheduled visitors
- Preparing for scheduled visits using departmental agendas
- Answering and returning phone calls from parents daily
- Handling urgent parent inquiries in coordination with school supervisors
- Completing call-tracking and documentation forms
- Providing support at external marketing events and registering new students
- Organizing guided tours for prospective parents or investors

Requirements
