Responsibilities
As a Hotel Driver (Valet Parker), your main responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent and consistent service to all hotel guests
- Safely parking and retrieving guests’ vehicles in the assigned valet parking area
- Ensuring the security and proper handling of customers’ vehicles
- Assisting guests courteously during arrival and departure
- Representing the hotel with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude
Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in hotel operations
- Strong understanding of valet parking procedures and guest service standards
