Responsibilities
As a Farm Worker, you will play an essential role in supporting daily farming operations and ensuring the smooth production of sugarcane. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Operating tractors and other farming machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assisting with row cropping and various field activities.
- Performing routine maintenance and basic repairs on farm equipment.
- Supporting planting, growing, and harvesting operations.
- Following safety procedures and contributing to a safe working environment.
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet farm production goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Prior experience operating tractors or farming machinery.
- A valid “C Class” driver’s licence.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
- Commitment to safety and reliability.
