Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and suites according to hotel standards
- Make beds, dust furniture, clean bathrooms, windows, floors, and vacuum carpets
- Replenish guest room and bathroom amenities and supplies
- Restock minibar food and beverage items
- Inspect rooms during cleaning and report maintenance issues to Floor Supervisors
- Clean corridors, public areas, housekeeping offices, pantries, and equipment
- Maintain proper handling and reporting of linens, towels, and housekeeping equipment
- Respond to guest questions and requests in a courteous and professional manner
- Support guests with services such as Lost & Found procedures
- Collaborate with housekeeping, laundry, butlers, front office, and maintenance teams
- Complete assignment sheets and report incidents or special guest needs at shift end
- Follow hotel security, health, safety, and hygiene policies
- Perform housekeeping porter services when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel as a Room Attendant or Public Areas Attendant preferred
- Legal right to work in Italy
- Ability to communicate in Italian and English
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle lifting, bending, and standing
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities based on hotel needs
