Responsibilities

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms and suites according to hotel standards
  • Make beds, dust furniture, clean bathrooms, windows, floors, and vacuum carpets
  • Replenish guest room and bathroom amenities and supplies
  • Restock minibar food and beverage items
  • Inspect rooms during cleaning and report maintenance issues to Floor Supervisors
  • Clean corridors, public areas, housekeeping offices, pantries, and equipment
  • Maintain proper handling and reporting of linens, towels, and housekeeping equipment
  • Respond to guest questions and requests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Support guests with services such as Lost & Found procedures
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, laundry, butlers, front office, and maintenance teams
  • Complete assignment sheets and report incidents or special guest needs at shift end
  • Follow hotel security, health, safety, and hygiene policies
  • Perform housekeeping porter services when required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel as a Room Attendant or Public Areas Attendant preferred
  • Legal right to work in Italy
  • Ability to communicate in Italian and English
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle lifting, bending, and standing
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities based on hotel needs
