Job Responsibilities

The Office Services Assistant (Cleaner) will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Maintaining cleanliness of all guest rooms at all times
  • Cleaning designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, ceiling vents, and restrooms
  • Ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
  • Emptying trash bins regularly
  • Monitoring and following daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
  • Adhering strictly to safety protocols and properly using and storing cleaning chemicals
  • Using necessary safety materials to maintain a safe work environment
  • Managing lost and found items with accurate documentation
  • Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or repair needs to management

Requirements

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant cleaning experience
  • Familiarity with weekly and monthly cleaning checklists
  • Basic proficiency in English communication
  • Ability to work responsibly in an office or guest environment
