Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, customized English lessons tailored to students’ needs and proficiency levels
- Design and implement lesson plans aligned with learning objectives and school programs (such as NLCS)
- Support young learners in developing speaking, listening, and reading skills
- Assist students with homework, vocabulary building, and school-related language
- Track, assess, and document student progress regularly
- Adapt teaching methods to help students integrate into a new school system and culture
- Maintain professional and effective communication with students and families
- Create a positive, supportive, and motivating learning environment
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Degree or certification in language teaching, education, linguistics, instructional design, second-language acquisition, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of English language teaching experience
- Experience teaching children, particularly beginner-level learners, is preferred
- Familiarity with international or school-based curricula (NLCS experience is a plus)
- Ability to provide stable and reliable availability
