Responsibilities
- Clean and polish windows using appropriate hand tools, power tools, and cleaning solutions to achieve a streak-free finish.
- Inspect windows before and after cleaning to identify damage, scratches, or repair needs.
- Follow safety procedures and use protective gear when working at heights or in challenging environments.
- Manage time effectively to complete daily tasks and client jobs within set timeframes.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide quality service.
- Assist with light maintenance or cleaning duties as needed to maintain property standards.
- Lift, move, or handle equipment safely and efficiently as part of cleaning operations.
Requirements
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Knowledge of tools, ladders, and cleaning equipment used for window maintenance.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle moderate to heavy lifting.
