Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Room Preparation
Ensure rooms are properly prepared with fresh linens, amenities, and guest supplies.
Inspection & Reporting
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to supervisors promptly.
Guest Assistance
Respond politely to guest requests related to room cleanliness or additional amenities.
Compliance & Safety
Follow all hygiene, safety, and hotel policies during cleaning and handling of equipment or chemicals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in hotels or resorts.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional and guest-focused attitude.
