Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality, hands-on care to clients including elderly, disabled, ill, or post-surgery individuals.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Administer prescribed medication as directed.
- Support with mobility and rehabilitation exercises, including physical therapy routines.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals in accordance with dietary needs.
- Assist with shopping, errands, and outdoor activities (e.g., doctor appointments, walks).
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and encourage social interaction.
- Monitor and promptly report any changes in client condition or unusual incidents.
- Respond calmly and efficiently in emergency situations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Caregiver.
- Excellent knowledge of first aid and emergency response (CPR).
- Familiarity with basic housekeeping and meal preparation, including dietary care.
- Strong understanding of health and safety standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Respectful, compassionate, and patient demeanor.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Physical stamina and emotional resilience to handle caregiving tasks.
