Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the company’s digital marketing strategies to enhance visibility, engagement, and sales. Your duties will include:
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
- Planning and executing creative digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Managing and optimizing the company’s e-commerce website and ensuring timely content updates.
- Overseeing SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising to boost brand awareness and conversions.
- Managing Google AdWords and Google AdSense campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Creating and maintaining marketing databases, managing mailing lists, and conducting digital outreach campaigns.
- Coordinating with sales, product, and technical teams to design and execute integrated marketing plans.
- Generating creative digital content for websites, blogs, and social channels.
- Monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Performing routine marketing tasks assigned by management and providing timely updates and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools.
- Experience managing website content and working knowledge of CMS or e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, planning, and multitasking skills.
